Victoria’s philosophy is simple: You gain total health and wellness by treating not only the physical body but the mind and spirit as well. Easy said, less easily done, and impossible to find at your neighborhood gym. She knew all this pretty early in life.
From a very young age, Victoria struggled with her weight, tried every diet, and counted calories. Then, in her 20s, she took her body back and lost 45 pounds by spending hours in the gym and maintaining a rigorous diet. It worked, but she views it as working hard and not working smart.
In her early 30s, she had two babies only 18 months apart, so after about four years of being pregnant and nursing she had 70 very stubborn pounds to lose. Now, spending hours at the gym was no longer an option with two little ones.
Victoria’s final path to health felt like a giant jigsaw puzzle with lots of missing pieces. As the pieces revealed themselves - nutrition, physical fitness, mental wellness, emotional wellness and spirituality – she began to lose the weight in an almost effortless manner that she had never experienced before.
Today, her life's mission is to share these techniques with others. Victoria is constantly learning about all aspects of lasting vitality, and has earned three certifications:
Certified Personal Trainer, National Academy of Sports Medicine
Certified Yoga Teacher 200 Hour, Laughing Lotus Yoga Center
Certified in Ayurveda 100 Hour, Laughing Lotus Yoga Center
She has completed multiple intensives and continues vigorous self-study of Ayurveda, yoga, nutrition and the subtle body, more specifically the Chakra system.
