Rachel is a Buffalo-born former elementary school teacher turned stay-at-home mom, who finds that the practice of yoga keeps her mentally and physically strong. She began practicing in 2015 after her youngest daughter started preschool, and completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training under Jaimis Huff in August of 2019.
Her favorite part of yoga is the connection that it offers between the mind, the body, the breath and the community. Her classes offer intelligent sequencing, challenging flows, and inspirational music, with a focus on connecting movement to breath.
When not on her mat, you’ll find Rachel volunteering at her daughters’ school and cheering on the sidelines of the soccer field and the swimming pool!
