Molly has been a group fitness instructor for over 20 years. Molly’s first yoga class was a birthday gift from a friend. It was a hot yoga class in Charlotte. She loved the heat, flow and energy in the class, a perfect compliment to her busy life with 3 kids. She attended some trainings over the next 10 years, trying to fit yoga practice into her busy active life. She found it hard to sit still and be quiet.
Molly would continue her home practice and attend classes, however, as each one of her kids left the house, she found a little more time to focus on herself and realized she “needed to be still and it was okay to be quiet”.
Searching for a way to deepen her awareness and be fully present in her own life, Molly committed to a 9 month yoga teacher training at Asheville Yoga Center. This journey gave Molly the confidence to face her own vulnerabilities and from that space, she found self love, inward peace and joy through Restorative Yoga. Molly’s warm presence, soothing voice and gentle touch shine through in every class.
Molly has 3 sons, and is happily married to her husband Fred. She enjoys entertaining, sports, family and playing with her dogs Elvis & Bruce.
