Mandy first encountered what would become a lifelong love of yoga in 1998 while attending college. The peace and calm she felt after her first class hooked her immediately. Over the years, yoga has been an anchor for her, helping her to find space for growth in all aspects of her life, and is a necessary part of her daily routine.
While she has explored many different styles of asana over the years, when she found heated power vinyasa style classes - that was it - she’d found her yoga home!
In 2018, Mandy completed her 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher training with Johnna Smith, Tanner Bazemore, and Jennifer Eddins at Y2 Yoga. She is a student at heart so she’s always learning and trying new things and finds great joy sharing her discoveries with others.
