Jamie Eastley is a Personal Trainer (Group Fitness enthusiast) with a Specialist certification in Speed, Agility, and Quickness. Most importantly, Jamie is a mom! Especially after having her two girls, she has completely fallen in love with all things fitness and the importance of living a healthy lifestyle. After all, we have to keep up!
Jamie loves helping people move well, feel better, find his/her strength, and leave her class happier and healthier than when he/she walked in. Her goal is to create a safe and welcoming environment, as well as a great workout to complement the yoga practice of every member.
Jamie believes, 100%, that adding strength training into your weekly schedule will completely transform both your body and mind. She looks forward to creating a relationship with each and every student at Carolina Yoga, and sharing her love of fitness!
