Every Friday in November Rachael L. will guide a 30 minute Yoga Nidra Meditation 1-1:45pm.
Class will begin with 15 minutes of gentle movements to soften your physical body into a less tense and more easeful state.
Yoga Nidra is a deep relaxation technique that is available to everyone. This particular meditation skates the awareness of your mind through the landscape of your body. This focus keeps the mind engaged while, in turn, slowing brain waves and nurturing a tranquil, and healing rest.
If you are new to meditation, this is a perfect starting point to begin training your mind to embrace a more serene, calm and quiet state. When the mind and body relax together, deep healing begins to ensue.
Take time for yourself this season to slow down and nourish your spirit. In turn you can show up brighter, with more vitality and ease for the loved ones in your life.
