About The Event

Come get your groove on with the next installment of Carolina Yoga's 101 series. In this 75 minute class we will explore some of the most common balance poses you might encounter in a vinyasa class. We'll touch on planks, tree, half moon, warrior 3, transitions in between, and so much more! Whether you're here to learn the basics or to refine your established practice, this workshop will have a little something for everyone.
