Discover new muscles and create an all over stronger core through this yoga based workshop! Creating a tight core requires two major components; proper breathing and proper activation of the deep set core muscles.
The workshop opens with diaphramic breathing to get the deep set core muscles fired up, then we move & flow while maintaining the UnbreakableCORE lock position (tailbone tucked under, ribs drawn down to hips, core muscles tight). You’ll likely notice a new sense of power coming from your mid-body that makes you lighter and more controlled in your movement. There are 5-10min pauses to talk core anatomy, nutrition, and everyday posture and we’ll close with prizes/giveaways! All levels are welcome!
