About The Event
Sweat & Surrender in relaxing 90 minutes of pure bliss. This class integrates slow movements and long holds to help reset the nervous system. Our nervous system is what allows us to be in the state of “Rest & Digest” or relaxed and ready for sleep. During this class, we will explore different breathing techniques, gentle repetitive motions, and longer holds in passive postures. This class is all levels and recommended to bring a towel/blanket for use.
