About The Event

This 90 minute combination class brings you the best of two worlds, power and restorative yoga. The first 30 minutes will be a condensed C3 Power flow to warm up the body, followed by 45 minutes of restorative postures to relax the mind. The last 15 minutes will be a guided Yoga Nidra, yogic sleep, to leave you rested, refreshed and ready to take on the world!
