Pump & Chill--a combo weight training and yoga class with Adyana De La Torre-Brucker & Victoria E. Martinez!
Prepare the body with a slow flow that builds up to a total body strength class (with weights) that will energize you, increase your lean muscle and strengthen you from the ground up. The strengthening portion is followed by a deep stretch and restorative yoga that will leave you feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.
