About The Event

You're pregnant. Now what? In addition to the normal questions & concerns about the health and safety of your growing baby, you most likely have questions about how to stay active, strong, & prevent muscle dysfunction during your pregnancy. Think about it... you are growing and housing a human! How incredible is that?! Your body is expanding and changing, organs are shifting, and muscles are stretching. There are exercises you should avoid, and exercises you should 100% be doing in order to properly train crucial muscles that'll help in supporting your growing belly, and also aid in a faster delivery and recovery. Join Jamie Eastley, a Personal Trainer & Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism Specialist, as she educates you on proper training techniques during pregnancy as well as brings you through exercises that’ll help train your intrinsic core to prevent Diastasis Recti, pelvic floor dysfunction, and other possible issues that are relevant to pregnancy.
