Join Rachael L as she sheds light on pranayama & meditation techniques to help you fuel your body and brain.This workshop will incorporate a mindful yoga practice geared toward releasing tension and stress with meditation and pranayama techniques interwoven with asana.Handouts will be provided outlining the various techniques offered during practice so you can take these practices home with you. There will also be time for discussion and Q&A regarding these practices.
