About The Event

Tight in all the wrong places? Break out of your usual routine with this flexibility focused flow. Focusing on the hips and shoulders, this practice will give you time to settle into poses and focus on molding them to fit your body's needs. We'll explore binds, backbends, standing poses and more! This practice is for all levels, but some vinyasa experience is recommended.
