Take some time for yourself and discover how wonderful it feels to let go and surrender into a slow Yin practice. Join Rachael L. Sunday, November 14th at 4pm for a 90-minute heart opening yin fusion class paired with guided meditation. Embrace the gift of relaxation and restoration as we move toward the end of 2021.
Often we rush from here to there, rolling our shoulders forward as we hunch over desks, steering wheels and technology, likely in a state of fight or flight. When we slow down and allow the dust to settle, we begin to see things more clearly. In turn we are able to embrace stillness, nurture our spirit and align with our inner knowing.
Designed to open your heart, deepen your breath, and reset your mind, this class is geared toward creating space along your shoulders, chest, and back so you may breathe more deeply and release built up tension. With the body supported by props, the muscles can let go and we can allow the pose to sink into the deeper tissues of the body targeting deep fascia.
This practice will not be heated and is available to all levels. Essential oils will be offered throughout class and props provided. We hope to see you there!
