About The Event

Join Emilee H. as she guides an intuitive flow paired with breath work, free-form movement, restoration and guided meditation.

This class is designed to encourage organic movement as it is layered onto the familiar shapes of a traditional vinyasa yoga practice.

Emilee will build upon the foundations of the postures so you can safely explore rhythms and fluidity in your body, while expanding the shapes you may already know. This intuitive movement may be inspired through music, ideas, or feelings that arise throughout class, evoking a sense of play, curiosity, and freedom to welcome the natural movement that flows within us to flow out of us.

This is a safe space, free from judgment, where you’ll be encouraged to expand your conception of yoga asana. Think: less of a “workout” and more tuning in to discover your individual way of moving.

This is an all levels class for any body, mind, and spirit willing to find freedom of movement. Find what feels familiar and grow through what doesn't. Come as you are and that’s it!

Message from the Creator: With a background in yoga and dance I want to merge the two movement practices together to create a state of bliss for the body and mind. I hope you’ll join me in finding your free range movement as the beautiful yogi, mover, and person that you are. -Emilee
