Ready to FLIP your perspective, build strength & challenge your mind? Join us for an exciting inversion series every Saturday in May!
Each week will have a different inversion focus: May 1 — Headstand May 8 — Tripod Headstand May 15 — Forearm Stand & Hollow back May 22 — Chin Stand May 29 — Handstand
Classes will follow this format: 25 minute warm up 20 minutes of core and inversion drills 15 minute workshop of peak pose with Q&A 15 minute cool down
This series is available to all levels but space is limited so be sure to reserve your spot today!
