Fall into Bliss (Deep Stretch & Restorative)

About The Event
Wind down with this Deep Stretch and Restorative practice. We will warm up the body with gentle movements and active stretches, then move into longer held postures to open the body and relax the muscles. The practice will end with a guided meditation leading into savasana.
Blocks will be provided, but please feel free to bring any additional props you might want to use. Suggested props might be a strap, a blanket or towel, or a cloth/eye mask to cover the eyes during meditation.
This is not a hot class so you are welcome to wear socks or layers to maintain ultimate comfort!
