About The Event

In this program you will begin practice teaching within the first week. Our teachers will guide you and you will receive valuable feedback that will help you continue to grow as a student and practitioner. We believe that diving in right away will give you the tools to be able to begin teaching as soon as you graduate. You will also be required to observe a total of 10 classes on your own time. This curriculum will culminate with an optional teacher audition should you want to teach at Carolina Yoga.

OUR CURRICULUM Includes but is not limited to:

Art of Vinyasa Flow Sequencing

• Asana

• Yoga Philosophy

• Alignment and Anatomy

• Ayurveda (The sister science of Yoga)

• The Chakra System

• Intro to Sanskrit

• Hands on Assists

• Pranayama

• Practice Teaching

This program is a registered 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training by Yoga Alliance. This school provides a 200-Hour training that meets or exceeds the Yoga Alliance Standards. Students who complete this program are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as a RYT-200Hr.


$500 – Deposit due at time of application approval.


$2500 – Pay full tuition by August 15th. Deposit included.


$2700 – Pay in full by start date of June 12. Deposit included.


$2900 – Once deposit is paid, equal monthly payments will be split through October. For example: pay deposit of $500 in June remaining balance will be 4 payments of $600 per month Jul-Oct equaling $2900.
