Join Rachael L as she breaks down the fundamentals of safe back bending aka “heart opening” during this 90-minute workshop.
Integrated back bending requires back strength, flexibility along the front line of the body, and a proper warm up. Learn the importance of supporting your spine by incorporating core muscles, and the “how to’s” that get you there. Rachael L will unpack common yoga backbends and their variations, beginner to advanced.
With the use of props and a thorough warm up, learn how to take your backbends deeper while maintaining safe, functional alignment.
