‘Tis the season! Take time to slow down during the hustle and bustle of the holidays to remember what’s most important- each other. Inspired by community and connection, our intention is to have you leaving class with a full cup. So often during this season we put others' needs first and spend so much time looking for the perfect gift, that we forget to take time for ourselves. Amidst the chaos between Thanksgiving and Christmas, we want to remind you to slow down and enjoy where you are.
Gratitude is often thrown around in our daily lives without stopping and thinking about the deeper meaning. To be grateful is to pause and appreciate the wholeness of where you are. This class will inspire you to carry your gratitude off your yoga mat and into the rest of the season of spending time and money on loved ones.
This class is built with slow, intentional yet powerful movements, and a 20 minute guided mediation at the end about gratitude.
Class is all levels, recommended prior yoga experience. Please bring any props you need to make your practice more comfortable.
