About The Event

The power of your yoga practice is that it is YOURS! Your practice can range from a full-body workout to cherry-picking specific poses to turn up the toning spotlight on any specific body part. With the mixture of the right postures and the spice of not-so traditional flare, your practice can work extra-strength sculpting magic! Throughout this three-part series you will focus on your Arms, Abs, and Booty! You will fire up these three specific parts of your body to build additional strength and redefine the foundation of your yoga practice. Your strong arms, powerful abdominal muscles, and glorious glutes help support your everyday movements. On your mat strong muscles create more efficient movement throughout every pose. Off your mat this deep sense of strength allows you to move with grace and ease and puts you in touch with your personal power.

Arms: Through this arm focused yoga flow you will increase your upper body strength in your biceps, triceps, and shoulders. Each of the variations in this class can be added into your traditional yoga flows both in and out of the studio. Building strong arms allows you to build on and refine your chaturangas, arm balances and inversions. The power of using your own body weight to build strength not only builds strength physically but also mentally. This arms sequence will leave you feeling more opened, energized, and in touch with your personal power. Get ready to tone and sculpt your arms!

Abs: This abs focused yoga flow will build your core strength, improve range of motion and develop long and lean muscles that will power up all of your yoga flows. This core activating yoga flow is sure to leave your abs and obliques fired up. By focusing on isolating the muscles your abs will feel engaged throughout the whole practice. This spicy core focused practice fire up your practice both in and out of the studio. Do these movements as a stand-alone core workout or incorporate them into your favorite practice, either way you will step off your mat with a stronger center.

Booty: Get ready to get your booty burning! Yes, this booty burn will leave you feeling confident about your tush but there are so many more reasons to strengthen your glutes and legs! Strong glutes support the low back, hips and knees, stabilize your pelvis, and free up your hip flexors. This booty flow will strengthen and tone your butt and legs. Yoga is already a sneaky butt-sculpting workout and this class will add spice and flare to take with you into all of your favorite flows. Tap into your full power and move though this sequence that uses your body weight to build muscle and shape your booty!
