Brooke received her 200 hour RYT certification in August 2020 from CarolinaYOGA. As a former dancer, she started practicing yoga because she loved the flow of the class and found it a fun way to exercise. As she grew in her practice and yoga became a daily part of her life she found yoga helped her not only physically but also mentally and spiritually. Brooke’s classes give students a fun and safe space to begin to realize how powerful their minds and bodies can be. Her goal is for students to be present on their mat and to find their strengths physically, mentally and spiritually.
