CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

With over 30 classes every week ranging from hot power flow to deep stretch, we’re certain you can find the Carolina Yoga class that meets your style and needs. Our teachers are highly trained and relatable, so you leave your mat feeling challenged and taken care of. 

 

 

Carolina Sweat 

This heated (95º-105ºF) class is a power flow with sun salutations, standing poses, backbends, forward bends, twists, core, and inversions. This class is for yogis who want to move & sweat.

 

 

Carolina Flow

This warm (80º-85ºF) class is a power flow with sun salutations, standing poses, backbends, forward bends, twists, core, and inversions.  This class is for yogis who want to move and feel energized.

 

Carolina Stretch

 This slow, deep stretch, grounding practice that targets chronically tight areas of the body such as hips, back, shoulders, hamstrings and quads. We warm up the body with gentle movements at the beginning of the practice and move towards longer holds in the poses with variations for every level of yogi. The practice ends with more restorative poses and savasana.

Carolina Release

This non-heated, deep stretch flow is designed to help you release tension and open up the muscles. This class is for yogis who want to feel refreshed, rejuvenated, & refocused.

 

 

Carolina Restore

This non-heated, restorative, deep stretch class is designed to help you relax your entire mind and body. This passive practice will use blocks, bolsters, and blankets for a gentle and soothing restorative class. Suitable for all levels.

 

 

Carolina Soul Sweat

This class is a little bit more spiritual in which you can do some soul-searching to find whatever brings you peace. This heated (95º-105ºF) class is a power flow with sun salutations, standing poses, backbends, forward bends, twists, core, and inversions. This class is for yogis who want to move, sweat, and leave feeling inspired.

 

 

Carolina Method

This heated class is designed for students who want to explore the depth of each asana while offering time to breakdown arm balances and inversions. It’s slower paced, building flow with sun salutations, longer held standing asanas, inversion play, arm balances, backbends, forward bends, balance poses, twists and core work. This class is for yogis who want to build strength, connect body with breath, play on their hands & deepen their practice.
