Christin started her yoga practice in 2011 after giving birth to her second baby. Faced with the challenges of being a stay-at-home mom and motherhood in general, her husband suggested she try a yoga class at a studio near their home. As it turns out, this was one of the best suggestions he’d ever given her.
Christin’s first yoga class was hot, fast, loud, and a lot to take in at once. It was the most challenging activity she had ever done, but when she left the studio that day, she felt changed. She knew yoga was something she needed to keep in her life forever.
Christin continued to practice for another 6 months before enrolling in her first 200-hour teacher training program with Grace Morales. After graduating, she immediately registered for her 300-hour teacher training program and began one month later. Christin has been assisting Grace Morales in her teacher trainings for the past 4 years.
Christin feels truly blessed to have stumbled upon the healing powers of yoga at a time when she truly needed it. She seeks to share this love of yoga with her students, and she tries to keep a fun but challenging tone to her classes.
Christin truly believes that yoga is for anyone. You can start where you are with what you have, and allow the process to change your life for the better.
