Britt's love for yoga started in 2011 while living abroad.
She had always been athletic, a competitive cheerleader and gymnast growing up, but had a hard time finding gyms while traveling through Europe and Africa.
She started practicing at home while watching youtube videos, and after returning to the states, she immediately got plugged into both the Crossfit and yoga communities.
She completed her yoga teacher training at Y2 in 2015 where she fell in love with Ashtanga Yoga, great assisting techniques and building the perfect playlist.
She leads personal training out of her gym in an airplane hangar and provides nutrition coaching alongside promoting an active healthy lifestyle.
She and her very cute husband spend every weekend Skydiving and live in a camper with their bernadoodle, Pancake.
