After countless doctors and medical personnel pushing her to try yoga to relieve cronic migraines, Amelia finally broke down and tried yoga. She hated it; but she kept coming back. Yoga quickly became her “feel good” workout and later the most important part of her days. She quickly developed a strong personal practice and started to encourage others to learn to love the practice too. After jumping into her 200 hour yoga teacher training, she’s never looked back since. With a focus in anatomy and alignment she loves to push her students' limits while incorporating total body awareness.
