Amber has had a lifelong commitment to health, nutrition, and fitness that has guided her toward a career in helping others as a trainer. Growing up in Utah, she was constantly active by participating in various team sports and the many outdoor activities that the mountains had to offer. Amber especially excelled in softball and volleyball and earned first team all-state honors while in high school.
Amber first obtained her AFAA certification over 15 years ago and coached in several forms of group fitness classes including hip hop, kickboxing, boot camp and strength training. After a year of instructing, she and her husband decided to start their family and had their first child. Amber is now the proud mother of a 14 year old boy and twin 9 year old girls. While raising her family she remained active and fully committed to her health and fitness. She’s run half-marathons, competed in triathlons, practiced yoga, continued to play softball, and studied several different nutritional lifestyles. Over the past 5+ years she has been heavily involved in CrossFit and gained an even greater appreciation for the value of group fitness.
This past summer, Amber relocated to Charlotte from Salt Lake City with her family and has loved everything about the city and the wonderful people that live here. She’s excited to share her passion for fitness with those that want to get healthier, stronger, and faster.
